FLEXIBLE WORKSPACE CONNECTIVITY

A managed network for the operator and every occupier.

Dedicated internet, managed Wi-Fi, tenant separation, onboarding and business phone options for serviced offices and flexible workspaces.

MULTI-TENANT NETWORKS

Connectivity that scales as tenants change.

Flexible spaces need repeatable onboarding, separation and fault ownership.

1

Tenant separation

Keep occupier traffic logically separated from other tenants, guests and building systems.

2

Flexible onboarding

Create a consistent process for new offices, users, VLANs and service changes.

3

Managed Wi-Fi

Provide building-wide coverage, guest access and visibility across access points.

4

Dedicated internet

Use suitable leased line capacity and resilience for the occupancy and service promise.

5

Cloud voice options

Support tenants with new numbers, SIP services or managed phone-system requirements.

6

Operational visibility

Monitor capacity, access points and managed network devices from one service view.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you order.

Can each tenant have a separate network?

Yes. Logical separation can be designed using appropriate VLAN, firewall and service policies.

Can tenants have their own public IP addresses?

Public IP availability depends on the connectivity and service design. Requirements should be collected during onboarding.

Can 39T provide phone systems to individual tenants?

Yes, subject to the selected service. Options can include new numbers, SIP services and managed cloud phone systems.

Can you provide backup internet for the building?

Yes. The design may use diverse fixed access or managed mobile connectivity according to availability and risk.
